Registration Terms & Conditions

These Registration Terms & Conditions apply to registrations, ticket purchases and participation in SaskROCKS 2026, taking place October 14–15, 2026 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending SaskROCKS, you agree to the following terms.
1. Event Registration
Registration is required to attend SaskROCKS events and activities for which a ticket or delegate pass is required.
Available registration options may include:
Executive Forum Delegate Pass — Admission to the Executive Investment Forum on October 15, 2026, including applicable keynote presentations, company presentations, networking activities, breakfast and lunch.
Executive Dinner Ticket — Admission to the Executive Dinner on October 14, 2026, including reserved dinner seating, the featured keynote presentation and executive networking.
Junior Mining Company Package — Available only to companies that have submitted an application and received approval from the SaskROCKS organizing committee.
Each ticket provides access only to the event, activities and inclusions identified with that registration option. The Executive Dinner and Executive Forum are separate ticketed events unless otherwise expressly stated.
2. Registration Information
Registrants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during registration, including their name, organization, contact information, industry classification and any other information requested as part of the registration process.
Registration information may be used to administer the event, communicate important event information, prepare attendee records and support event operations.
If you are purchasing a registration on behalf of another person, you are responsible for ensuring the attendee information provided is accurate and that the attendee is aware of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Accredited Investor Confirmation
SaskROCKS welcomes attendees from mining and exploration companies, government, Indigenous organizations, financial services, professional services and other organizations connected to the resource sector.
Attendees registering specifically as Investors may be required to confirm that they qualify as an Accredited Investor under applicable Canadian securities legislation.
Other industry delegates are not required to qualify as Accredited Investors solely to attend SaskROCKS.
The Accredited Investor confirmation is collected for event and compliance purposes and does not constitute legal, financial or investment advice.
If you are uncertain whether you qualify as an Accredited Investor, you should consult an appropriately qualified legal or financial professional before making the declaration.
4. Payment
Registration is not considered complete until the required registration information has been submitted and payment has been received or an approved alternate payment arrangement has been made.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include credit card and other approved payment options.
Registrations paid using an offline payment method may remain pending until payment has been received and confirmed by SaskROCKS.
SaskROCKS reserves the right to cancel an unpaid registration if payment is not received within the required timeframe.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
All registrations are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your organization or another qualified attendee in accordance with the transfer policy below.
If SaskROCKS cancels the event, registration fees paid directly to SaskROCKS will be refunded in full.
Unless otherwise required by law, SaskROCKS is not responsible for travel, accommodation, transportation or other expenses incurred by attendees in connection with the event.
6. Registration Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no additional charge up to five business days before the event.
To request a transfer, contact the SaskROCKS organizing team and provide the name and registration information of the replacement attendee.
The replacement attendee must meet any eligibility or registration requirements applicable to the registration being transferred. For example, an attendee participating as an Investor may be required to complete the applicable Accredited Investor confirmation.
Registration transfers requested after the transfer deadline are subject to the discretion of SaskROCKS.
7. Event Changes
SaskROCKS may make reasonable changes to the event program when necessary.
This may include changes to:
Speakers
Presentation topics
Session times
Networking activities
Event schedules
Venues or rooms
Food and beverage arrangements
Participating companies
Changes to individual speakers, presentations, schedules or program elements do not constitute cancellation of the event and do not normally qualify a registration for a refund.
SaskROCKS will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant event changes to registered attendees.
8. Event Cancellation or Circumstances Beyond Our Control
SaskROCKS may cancel, postpone, relocate or modify the event if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it impractical, unsafe or impossible to proceed as planned.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, government restrictions, emergencies, venue closures, labour disruptions, public-health events, transportation interruptions or other events outside the reasonable control of the organizers.
If the entire SaskROCKS event is cancelled and not rescheduled, registration fees paid directly to SaskROCKS will be refunded.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, existing registrations may be transferred to the new event date.
9. Junior Mining Company Participation
Junior mining and exploration companies interested in participating through the Junior Mining Company Package must first submit an application.
Applications are reviewed by the SaskROCKS organizing committee, and participation is subject to approval.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Participation in SaskROCKS does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, verification or approval of any participating company, project, security or investment opportunity by SaskROCKS.
10. Investment & Financial Information
SaskROCKS is an industry conference and networking event.
Information presented by speakers, companies, investors, sponsors or other participants is provided by those individuals or organizations and may include opinions, projections, corporate information or discussion of investment opportunities.
SaskROCKS does not provide investment, financial, securities, accounting, tax or legal advice.
Participation in the event, presentation at the event or inclusion in event materials should not be interpreted as an endorsement or recommendation by SaskROCKS.
Attendees are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and obtaining independent professional advice before making any investment or business decision.
11. Attendee Conduct
SaskROCKS is intended to provide a professional environment for business discussion, networking and relationship building.
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, sponsors, venue staff and event organizers.
SaskROCKS reserves the right to remove an attendee whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe or otherwise inappropriate.
An attendee removed for misconduct will not be entitled to a refund.
12. Photography, Video & Event Recording
Photography, video recording or other media may be captured during SaskROCKS for event documentation, promotional materials, social media, future event promotion and related communications.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings taken in public event areas.
If you have a specific concern regarding photography or recording, please contact the SaskROCKS organizing team before the event.
13. Personal Information
Personal information collected during registration will be used for purposes connected with administering SaskROCKS, including processing registrations, communicating with attendees, maintaining event records and providing event-related information.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the SaskROCKS Privacy Policy.
Payment card information is processed through the applicable payment provider and is not intended to be stored directly by SaskROCKS through the website.
14. Personal Property & Attendance
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings while attending SaskROCKS.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SaskROCKS and its organizers are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought to an event venue.
Attendees are also responsible for making their own travel, accommodation and transportation arrangements.
15. Limitation of Responsibility
SaskROCKS organizes the event to facilitate education, discussion, networking and business connections.
SaskROCKS cannot guarantee any particular business outcome, investment opportunity, transaction, partnership, introduction or result from attending the event.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, attendees participate in the event and related networking activities at their own discretion and responsibility.
16. Acceptance of These Terms
By completing a registration or purchasing a SaskROCKS ticket, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Registration Terms & Conditions.
If you are registering another attendee, you are responsible for ensuring that person is made aware of the terms applicable to their attendance.
